Yong Ching See v Lee Kah Choo Karen
Am doing my tutorial for trusts and equities, and was reading a case for this purpose.
The first few lines of the case:
The plaintiff ("Yong") was a retired businessman. Lily, who used to do business with Yong, was his surrogate daughter. Alsecure was a business venture initiated by Lily and Yong's son ("Boon Wei").
The court sees lots of strange strange people.
