Beware: Educational Post!
This song has been stuck in my head for one day already! It's What I've Been Looking For from High School Musical. The video's rather cute too - everyone except Ryan and Sharpei and the Drama teacher are giving them weird/amused looks. Heard three people singing it at the bus stop outside RJ, and they sounded like they were rehearsing for something. Hope we'll get to see it. :)
Today's organic chem timed practice kinda demoralised me. :? To cheer myself up I went looking for more lolita stuff online.

This is a hand muff.

For people who don't know what hand muffs do - they keep your hands warm. You put the string around your neck so it dangles in front of you, and tuck both hands into it while you walk. It's rather cool, but cannot be used in Singapore. Is this obvious enough? :P That's why I would like to go overseas - to buy a winter wardrobe!
This is a headdress.

You put it on top of your head and tie the string below your chin. It makes your face look rounder. ^_^ Other than a headdress, bonnets (which are really old-fashioned) or mini-top hats and crowns can be used. Depending on the style you'd like to go for.
This is a lolita shoe.

Lolita shoes frequently have rounded toes, therefore Mary Janes can be used sometimes for tall people. However, it is preferable to wear platform shoes such as shown, with raised front and heels, because it makes lolitas feel better and balances out the frilly puffy horizontal-extension devices used on lolita dresses. And you feel more confident looking down on people, especially since what you're wearing isn't very conventional or common.

Hope you have enjoyed your educational post of today! ^_^
