CT results...
All my CT results have crawled back to me, with physics handed back today. I improved a grade for everything except econs (which dropped a grade or two?) from the last CTs, but I'm still not entirely happy because I want one more mark for physics. Mr Chong wouldn't accept 'refraction' as an answer for proof of the wave-like property exhibited by light, and doomed both Edison and me to eternal misery. And sad about KI... Kinda killed myself on the first essay by not realising that "a truth, which you hold to be certain" was a ki clause and that I had to talk about certainty. >_<
Today is Xiao Ting's birthday! Think she had a good one. :D We gave her good presents! *_*
Outings:
Fencing Girls Outing, 30 June
We planned this on the last day of the CTs, to celebrate. :) Why a fencing girls outing? Cause then we can do stuff like shop together! (Which most guys are paranoid about. But it's really not that bad...) And also cause we're more cool than fencing guys. ^_^ We also wanted to celebrate some recent birthdays, like Si Chen's and Bernice's and XT's in advance. Unfortunately, XT was too tired to come and her parents didn't allow. :( So... No fried mars bar for her!
3 of us physics people, before departing from J8. Si Chen, me, Zhang Fan. :) Actually there are other pictures where we tried to pose with sunglasses without showing the tag... :P But they're too embarrassing to share.
Eating at subway! Eep. The whole of sandra's and half of Yin Qi's face, was cut off. The cleaning auntie blocked some of our pictures. :( We waited there a long time for latecomers. :P If you look at Bernice's cool shirt closely, you'll see she was one of the offenders...
There was a mini sunglasses mania all day, with zf hunting down a pair for her friend.

Birthday girls eating fried mars bars. Apparently Bernice used to eat them, like, every day. Aaa I want Si Chen's skin...
After most of the people had dispersed, sabre girls stayed to shop a little longer, until 6pm. Chose a shirt for Joanna, which she ended up buying. :D Then my mother, who had been shopping nearby, sent Joanna and Florence to West mall. She got into strange topics of discussion with them. +...+
Weilin's Birthday Chalet, 1-2 July
This was held at SAFRA Tanah Merah. Combined to get a cool death note pencil box for her, which she hasn't used yet. :P We got there thanks to XT's father picking us up at YCK mrt, and found Dylan sitting in the car with a toy monkey for Weilin (typical!) Dylan's a little obsessed with monkeys; he should come live in bukit timah nature reserve.
We played poker at the bungalow, and saw Leanne there as well. Being the dealer is fun! You get to keep all the money and anyhow steal back from people when you don't have enough! :) Then we had a buffet dinner, and cake-cutting.
Finally, the highlight of the night: The Disco. :o This was Weilin's mother's idea, and they hired two dancers to get us to join in. :) It was fun! Weilin's parents are so cool - they decided to go off for a while cause they thought she wouldn't dance in front of them. I don't think many people took pictures, because they were too busy dancing.
After that, some of the people stayed downstairs to watch a movie, while rong en, dylan, ggy and I tried to play ABCED (Alaris Bridge and Company and the Extra Dylan), which is basically bridge except you play to lose. Very fun. :) After we were done, slept with Audrey and Chiu.
The next day: The others were watching a movie, so we went down to the beach, which involved me climbing over a fence. Very proud of myself: It's the first time I've climbed over a fence at all! Played pool and ate lunch with several of Weilin's astro friends. Then we played random games in the chalet. :)

Yay my father just made me a cup of tea with honey! The honey's supposed to be special, from Yemen in Saudi Arabia. Apparently it only has 4% water, according to him. :) Yummy.
Rather tired from today (with a sore throat building up),
